At this past week’s Investor Relations Society Master Class, Roy Zimmerhansl was one of the speakers in the “Dealing with Passive Investors” session. The discussion was focused on ESG issues as well as short selling and securities lending. ESG included an interesting examination of the potential cost of capital implications for companies in future that score well/poorly on ESG measures.
