The primary motivation behind the development of the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (GMSLA) Pledge Master Agreement was to help borrowers reduce their regulatory capital costs.  The tutorial leader, Habib Motani of Clifford Chance has been at the heart of the development, working with ISLA since the start.  There is no better person to lead this session.
